Postion: Sous Chef
Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef (Western / European / Oriental) at ITPL India Group's client's hospitality vertical located in Sydney, NSW. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in planning and overseeing the preparation of meals, managing kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. They will also be responsible for maintaining the quality of food, ensuring that it is up to standard, and providing excellent customer service to guests.
