Job description
Snoot is a fast-growing pet and pet parents' lifestyle brand dedicated to providing high-quality, cruelty-free and vegan products and experiences for pets. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Brand Head for a full-time position in our New Delhi office to lead and elevate the Snoot brand.
As the Brand Head , you will play a pivotal role in shaping Snoot's brand image, developing, and implementing the brand strategy. You will play a key role in defining the brand's voice, visual identity and overall market positioning. This role requires a seasonal brand professional who can drive brand growth, foster customer loyalty, and contribute to the overall success of Snoot. You will be leading the creative & marketing team along with the management in driving brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Snoot's mission and business objectives.
• Define the brand's positioning, values, and messaging.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual identity.
• Lead the Creative team to develop compelling visual and messaging elements for campaigns, product development and packaging, website design, social media content, brand activations, event and other visual assets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand growth.
• Develop strategies to position Snoot as a leader in the pet and pet parents lifestyle space.
• Lead the development of brand communication strategies (inclusive of creative and impactful marketing campaigns) across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Ensure all brand communication is coherent and effectively conveys Snoot's values.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships and collaborations that enhance the brand's visibility and reach.
• Collaborate with industry leaders, and other partners to amplify the brand message.
• Establish KPIs to measure brand performance.
• Analyse market trends and brand metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development, to ensure brand alignment across all aspects of the business.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Strategic Business or related field. MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in a brand management or leadership role, preferably in the premium consumer products or lifestyle industry.
• Proven success in developing and implementing brand strategies that driver growth.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, branding, design principles, public relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on and detail-oriented.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for pets and pet parents' lifestyles is a plus.
