Details Designation: SM - Analytics Core Areas: Analytics/ Ads Monetization Minimum Qualification: 3+ Years of Data Analytics Experience with a Start-Up/ Consulting Command over SQL and Excel/GSheets Experience with Data Visualization and Dashboarding Good to Have: Scripting Experience in Tableau Exposure to Quick Commerce/ Food Delivery/ Campaigns/ Ads Monetization Our Story Zepto is a fast-growing startup that delivers groceries in 10 minutes flat through an optimized network of dark stores that we are building across the country! We’ve also built out one of the best startup teams in India, with Senior Executives from Phareasy, Amazon, Pepperfry, Uber, Flipkart, Dream11 and institutions like Stanford, INSEAD, IIM, and IIT Role The person will work closely with Ads Monet team to help with Sales Enablement and Campaign Budget consumption Converting data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information. Writing high-quality SQL codes to retrieve and analyze data. Working with large data sets, automating data extraction, and building monitoring/reporting dashboards. Interacting with internal stakeholders to deep-dive outlier events. Analyze and solve business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities. Communicating complex analysis and insights to internal and external stakeholders with storytelling. Interview Process: Step 1: Analytical Problem Solving round with Associate Director , duration: 45 mins The goal of this is to understand your approach to problem-solving analytically and test technical proficiency on SQL, Visualization etc. Step 2: rigorous assessment round with Director/VP-Advertising Business , duration: 45 mins The goal of this is to understand culture fit, your approach to problem-solving and stakeholder Management.
