3)Convincing Customers and Resolving Queries: - Employ persuasive and problem-solving skills to address customer questions and concerns.
- Guide customers through problem resolution processes, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints or disputes efficiently and professionally.
4) Fluency in English: - Communicate fluently in the English language, both in spoken and written form.
- Ensure clarity and precision in all interactions with English-speaking customers.
5) Flexibility to Work in Rotational Shifts: - Be adaptable to work in various shifts as required by the organization, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
