Job description
Anyone with minimum 1 Year experience in handling BPO Training ( Process ) for reputed Companies. The candidate must have thorough understanding of BPO Training process, Modules and training methodology. The candidate should be well versed with Training Techniques and provide Training on Batch wise. The Candidate should be able to handle 20 - 30 Trainee batches. The candidate should be able to independently improve the Training performance.
