Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated professionals from Healthcare and Lifesciences background with 2-12 years of experience in Sales/Business Development. We have an exciting career opportunity for you within our Healthcare & Lifesciences practice for a 360-degree role encompassing business development and recruitment for mid to senior level mandates. Key responsibilities are enclosed below:
Building your own industry patch (Healthcare & Lifesciences) and enjoying the freedom to identify, develop and manage client business relationships.
Consultative Selling of our recruitment services to Corporates and negotiating the rates of business.
Assessing and responding to the recruitment needs of each client or assignment and ensuring timely delivery.
Consulting Mid to Senior level Leaders in the industry about their careers and their choices.
Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond (includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients).
Building relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise Page Group's commercial performance.
The Successful Applicant Ideally, looking for candidates coming from Healthcare and/or Lifesciences background having experience in handling accounts directly and managing CXO level client conversations(Sales/ BD background), or should have worked on leadership hiring for mid to senior level roles.
