Role Description :This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist. The IT Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for network administration, technical support, network security, troubleshooting and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the company.Qualifications :- Strong knowledge and experience in Network Administration, Information Technology, Network Security and Troubleshooting- IT Infrastructure Specialist - 4 - 8 yrs IT infrastructure specialist resources with Zscaler implementation experience.- Ideally if they have ClearPass implementation experience as well that would be a bonus- Excellent technical support and problem-solving skills- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields- Experience in cloud computing, Microsoft systems, networking protocols and security protocols is preferred- Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills and ability to learn quickly- Good verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure (ref:hirist.tech)
