Role About About the job and it's activities This project deals with the 3D modelling and Finite Element analysis of an orthodontic appliance. Patient specific 3D model of an adult maxilla and the orthodontic appliance is to be created using a 3D modelling software. The solid models are assembled and then converted into FE model. Appropriate material properties and variable orthodontic loading conditions are applied to analyse stress/strain response of the maxilla.
