Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role in location for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer base, creating and delivering sales presentations, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for sales management which includes setting goals, analyzing data and developing sales strategies, and monitoring and reporting on performance metrics. Some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, speaking and writing
- Experience in customer service, sales or related field
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Experience in conducting sales training and coaching
- Skills in sales management, including goal setting and analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- You need to have your own Laptop or Desktop (BYOD). This is mandatory as it is a remote role initially. Also all daily reports are shared via Shared drive hence the data should not be lost.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the selling PMP Courses, CAPM Courses, PGMP courses and Agile courses will be an advantage for candidates during selection.
