Responsibilities
1. Atleast 8 -10 years of experience in Desktop EUC envi ronment using leading methodologies (Windows 7 & 10 platforms) & processes with some network and firewall knowledge preferred.
2. Provide IT Support to existing infra, implement new systems, maintain and resolve and analyze issues and provide mitigation or preventive solutions.
3. Provide technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware and software

Qualifications :BACHELOR OF COMMERCE, BACHELOR OF COMPUTER APPLICATION, BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE, BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
