Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies in the defined segment, focusing on maximising revenue for the region, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft's Cloud offerings, including O365 and Azure.
- Implement account management strategies to support growth, enhance customer goodwill, and propose tailored IT solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Proactively farm existing accounts to secure a greater share of the wallet and foster long-term relationships.
- Oversee the entire sales life cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless and client-focused experience.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive business plans and accurate sales forecasts to drive strategic decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the technology sector with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Cloud offerings, including O365 and Azure.
- Strong track record of managing and retaining revenue in key accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
