Job description

Looking for desktop support engineers with good communication skills.

Expecting Hardware support in rotational support.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role.

Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.

Experience with desktop hardware troubleshooting and repair.

Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent are a plus.

Prior experience with ticketing systems and ITIL framework is preferred.
