Role & responsibilities:
Regularly checking inquiry emails received from the clients.
Revert them to acknowledgment emails.
Forwarding inquiry to sourcing team.
Make a draft of the quotation and mail it to the client.
Quotation followup over the phone and emails.
Secondary responsibility:
Generate the Purchase orders.
Sending Acknowledgement mail of Purchase order to the client.
Execute the Purchase order to the Dispatch Team.
Sending dispatchrelated information to the client.
Sending payment details to the client.
Call and Followup for the Payment with the Customer.
