Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Real Estate General Manager in Sales. The General Manager will be responsible for managing the overall sales performance and profitability of the organization's real estate division. The General Manager will lead and organize a high-performing team of sales professionals. In addition, the General Manager will enable organizational growth by developing and maintaining business relationships with clients, identifying and exploring new business opportunities, and creating strategic plans for future business development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, including a minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales manager or area/ regional manager in a real estate company Excellent people-management skills, including the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team An analytical mindset with strong business acumen, including the ability to monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and developers Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and taxation systems Fluent in English and Hindi, written and spoken, is a must.
