Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President - Retail Sales & Strategy. The Vice President will be responsible for day-to-day management of P&L, developing new business opportunities, executing market planning, managing business relationships, and driving sales growth. This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

We are looking for some one form Healthcare retail background like Pharmacy, Clinic, Optical or Diagnostics. And who has managed chain of stores or clinic.

Qualifications

• Manage Sales and services of Stores/Clinic
• P&L Management and Sales skills
• New Business Development and Market Planning skills
• Business Relationship Management skills
• A proven track record of sales success and the ability to develop long-term client relationships
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
• Experience in the eyecare or medcare industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
