Job description
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent. Experience in sourcing resumes through different job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Manage & track the performance of the team Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the hiring process and make data-driven improvements. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
