Position : HR manger
Location : Powai, Mumbai
Salary: 25k
Experience: 2yrs min

Role and Responsibilities:
• Managed the entire recruiting process, such as creating job specifications, interviewing, extending, and negotiating offers, resulting in hiring qualified candidates.
• Formulated salary fitment structures and communicated all aspects of the offer, including compensation, benefits, and relocation options.
• Processed official letters such as Confirmation, Promotion, Salary Certificate, and Termination.
• Generated and maintained recruitment track reports for the senior management on a monthly and quarterly basis to track key metrics such as the number of interviews conducted, job offers accepted, and time to fill positions.
