Role Description

As a Field Services Engineer - Electrical, you will be responsible for testing, installing, and maintaining various electrical systems and equipment on customer sites. You will be expected to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions to problems you encounter, and deliver excellent customer service at all times. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with opportunities for remote work.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years' experience in electrical field services
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems and equipment like control panels, PCC panel, starter panels MCC Panels, RMU(Ring Main Unit), APFC panels, 11 KV distribution panels, MEI Breakers and the ability to diagnose and repair technical issues
• Excellent communication skills and customer service-driven attitude
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel and work on customer sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organization and project management skills
