Position : Electroplating Engineer
Job Location : Bhavnagar

Job Requirement:
Job Role :
•Responsible for operation of Automatic/Manual Plating line and Automatic Effluent Treatment Plant.
•Handling of chrome plant ,Plating process knowledge
•Responsible for chemical Process operation /Maintenance, Defect chemical analysis and chemistry Trouble shooting for following process.
•Nickel Chrome Plating on Brass, SS, Zamak.
•Copper Nickel Chrome Plating on Zamak Handle ,SS
•Effluent Treatment Plant.
•Multi effect evaporator plant Responsible for Production Planning.
•Responsible of Manpower Handling.
•Knowledge of Aesthetic defect observed on unplated Brass faucet, SS faucet and Zamak/Zinc.
•Handle E.T.P, RO, D.M ,S.T.P Plant
•Must have knowledge of Lab Testing for chemical with international standard.
•Ensure 5s in the plant.
Ensure proper shop floor and machine/equipment hygiene
•Develop and maintain SOPs, WIs, Formats required for the department along with the team.
•Good knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures, Water recycling.
•Maintenance of hangers and jigs for electroplating process
•Good Knowledge of Electroplating Plant installation.
•Must have knowledge of PVD, Powder Coating.
