Job description
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Dealer Business:
a) Improve service business of dealer.
b) To improve service operational efficiency in workshop to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
2. Improve PSF Score:
a) Improve PSF through service process audit & take corrective actions to improve service standards at workshop. Get involved in specific details which require immediate attention.
b) Contact customers at regular interval by telephone /personal meeting and understand their expectation & take counter measures. Assist the dealers to close the customer complaints with in 48 hours.
c) Improve the capability level of dealer s service team and give on the job training in areas of product knowledge service repair standards special tools and customer handling skills& customer satisfaction updating the mechanics knowledge through Competitor model training.
3. Product Quality
a) Focus on turnaround time and ensure trouble free vehicles to preowned 2wheeler customers
