We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Manager for Social Media to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, have a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent writing and communication skills. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster engagement with our audience.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Content Strategy:* Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.

 

2. *Content Creation:* Create compelling and engaging content including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats for various social media platforms.

 

3. *Content Calendar:* Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely delivery of content across all social media channels.

 

4. *Community Engagement:* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms to foster community engagement and build brand loyalty.

5. *Analytics and Reporting:* Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.

 

6. *Trend Monitoring:* Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to incorporate into our social media strategy.

 

7. *Collaboration:* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product development to align social media content with overall brand initiatives.

 

8. *Campaign Management:* Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user participation and achieve marketing objectives.

 

9. *Brand Voice:* Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms to ensure brand integrity and resonance with the target audience.

 

10. *Influencer Partnerships:* Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement on social media.

 

11. *Adaptability:* Adapt quickly to changes in social media algorithms, trends, and user behavior to optimize content performance and maximize ROI.

 

12. *Content Optimization:* Implement SEO best practices to optimize social media content for search visibility and discover-ability.

 

Requirements

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

- Knowledge of SEO principles and strategies.

- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

Office Location : 243, 2nd floor Gujranwala town Part-3, near model town metro station

Salary range : 30 to 35k per month
