Job description

Operational work

To update the target of sales and quantity of the products in the tracker sheet/system.

To check the quantity and quality of the products and coordinate with the concerned person for any issues occurred.

Merchandize the products in the stores.

To modify the place of the low selling products to attract the customers.

Handle payment transactions and cashiering process.

Raise STO to transfer the stock from one store to another.

Manage all pickups & delivery.

Provide the customer's order to delivery boy.

Ensure dispatching and shipping of products is met with customer deadlines.

Maintain and manage customer files and databases.

To monitor the RBI (Receiving be in-charge) system.

Coordinate and handle the event process in the stores.

Customer Interaction

Keep in depth knowledge of all the products to answer the questions promptly to the customers.

Provide appropriate service to satisfy customers.

To handle all incoming customer queries and questions.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Resolve customer complaints and issuing refunds as needed.

Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
