Full Desk Business Development Executives(BDE)/Business Development Manager (BDM) :

Must have experience in international sales and has hands-on experience in sales strategies to increase the revenue

Desired Candidate:

• Well-read and informed about the US Consulting and recruitment market
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business development executive/manager.
• Hunter Mindset and target-oriented with the ability to work in high-pressure environments, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and other means.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and work around with the team
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clarity in understanding and deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years prior industry-related business development experience
• Strong listening and comprehending skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
