Job description

Key Responsibilities

Employees Life cycle management:

  • Sourcing right manpower through consultants, references.
  • Drive interviews, Negotiation of compensation and benefits, documentation, approvals.
  • Issue offers/ appointments.
  • Onboarding process, orientation of new joiners
  • Issue employee safety gadgets, uniforms
  • Drive Employee engagement activities
  • Employee separation procedures

Payroll Management

  • Monitoring attendance/daily/monthly
  • Processing monthly payroll/addition, deletion.
  • Processing yearly benefits like bonus etc.

Statutory

  • Monthly remittance of PF/ESI/PT
  • Statutory reports submission.

Liasoning

  • Liasoning with department of factories, Department of Labour, KSPCB, Department of Police, Local panchayat and any other related department.
  • Experience in handling government department queries/statutory compliance audits etc. And having good rapo with government departments.

Contract Labour Management

  • The knowledge on management contract labour, their recruitment.
  • Processing their attendance/ensuring timely disbursement of their salaries
  • To ensure a regulatory requirement under CLRA Act.

Apprentice Management

  • Apprentice hiring, registration, their training and any other related requirements.

Policies and Audits

  • To develop policies/handbooks pertaining to HR department
  • To face internal and external process and financial audits.

Administration

  • To monitor canteen, food supply and quality
  • Monitor Housekeeping activities
  • To monitor security issues, workshop security etc.
  • Equipments service coordinations/ reports maintenance.
  • Timely settlement of suppliers payment through timely processing of bills including contract labour bills, various administration bills.
