Role Description This is an on-site full-time role as an HR & Operations Manager located in Jodhpur. The HR & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing HR & operations, managing employee relations, and other day-to-day operations tasks. Qualifications Take charge of the daily operations of the company, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows Serve as a central point of contact for internal departments, facilitating communication and collaboration. Liaise with third-party vendors and partners to maintain strong working relationships. Handling employee relations matters, such as addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. Collaborating with managers to address performance issues and identify training and development needs. Effectively manage and allocate resources. Ability to create and implement HR policies Experience in managing employee relations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience in the HR & Operations is a plusJob tags
