Job description
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
Technical & Behavioral Competency:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute audit engagements with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters
- Perform audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures
- Supervise junior team members assigned to your engagements
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities to improve client service delivery
- Participate in the development of audit proposals and presentations
