1. Onboarding of Customers. 2. Meet 6-8 new clients a day (tracked). 3. Get 2 sales (paid customers, conversion rate) per week- non-negotiable output. 4. Retaining customer accounts 5. While we build new businesses, cross-selling would be key. 6. Grow customer basket size. 7. Identify key SME clusters in the city and prepare an acquisition plan. 8. Go aggressive and acquire. 9.
