What you will learn and contribute to We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Architect and Developer with exceptional communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our technology stack, which includes Java, Angular, Hibernate, microservices, Kafka and SQL Server. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture, strong technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Design to migrate an existing telecom work force management application, emphasizing scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. · Recommend and evaluate appropriate technologies and tools for project requirements. · Develop high-quality code for front-end and back-end components using Java, Angular, Hibernate, and SQL Server. · Build, manage, and maintain Microservices while leveraging Kafka for event-driven architecture. · Design and optimize SQL Server databases for data storage and retrieval, ensuring data integrity and performance. · Create user-friendly web interfaces using Angular, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and an optimal user experience. · Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software reliability and stability. · Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for software architecture, code, and deployment procedures. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes. · Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to align with business objectives. · Provide mentorship and guidance to team members as needed. REQUIRED SKILLS · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. · Proven experience in designing and developing complex, scalable software systems. · Proficiency in Java, Angular, Hibernate, SQL Server, and Kafka. · Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and best practices. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. · Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. · Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. · Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. · Join us in shaping the future of our technology platform and delivering exceptional software solutions to our clients If you are a talented Full Stack Developer with a passion for cutting-edge technologies, a knack for effective communication, and a desire to drive innovation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
