Key Responsibilities:-
Managing the operations of the school-including Administration, Facility Management, Security, Transport, Canteen & Communication(ERP).
Possess liaising experience, dealing with government authorities/ education board officials (CBSE). Formulate the SOPs for school (safety plan): disaster preparation,fire drills,student & staff safety of assets across the school. Managing expenses and budgeting to help school optimize costs and benefits. End to End financial management of assets. Key Skills:- Candidate Details 35 to 40 yrs of age Proven experience as Operations Director or similar leadership role (10+ years or more) Ability to multi task Excellent communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and leadership ability.
