Qualification:
- Must have represented at the district state or national level in cricket.
- Minimum of 12 years of coaching experience in cricket.
Location: Gurgaon Haryana
Working Days: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Saturday Sunday
Timings: 5:00 PM 7:00 PM
Salary: 650 per session (additional compensation based on experience and interview performance)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting cricket coaching sessions for junior players focusing on skill development and game tactics.
- Support the head coach in organizing training drills practice matches and fitness sessions.
- Provide individualized coaching to players addressing areas for improvement and promoting overall growth.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to motivate young players and instill confidence.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during training sessions and matches.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to develop and implement training programs and strategies.
- Attend coaching meetings workshops and seminars to enhance coaching knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Strong cricket playing background with a passion for coaching and mentoring young players.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with junior players.
- Understanding of cricket techniques rules and game strategies.
- Previous coaching experience at the junior level is preferred.
- Commitment to player development sportsmanship and teamwork.
- Certification in coaching or relevant cricket coaching courses would be an advantage.
