Job description
Reservation agents provide booking and reservation services to customers.
Reservation Agent Responsibilities:
1)Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
2)Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
3)Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers' desired travel dates.
4)Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
5)Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
6)Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Reservation Agent Requirements:
1)12th pass and above
2)Experience and fresher both can apply.
3)Customer-service experience.
4)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5)Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
6)Proficient in microsoft office suite.
7)Data entry experience.
8)Flexible working hours.
