Scope of the Role: Responsible to acquire new Current account and Savings account customer. Generate revenue by cross selling banking products . Manage a team of sales officers
Job Description:
1) Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics.
2) Responsible for generation of revenues through sales of CASA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading , Demat Accounts etc through the Sales Channel
3) Responsible for leading Sales officers.
4) Ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams
Ideal Candidate: Looking for Candidate with good experience from Banking / Securities / Insurance / Mutual Funds sales. Preferably Team handling experience.
