Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Remote - India)

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team based in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, with a particular focus on the financial markets industry, including positions such as traders, analysts, and other finance-related roles. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and building relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the financial markets sector, focusing on roles within India and the UK. Conduct detailed market research to identify talent pools and recruiting trends within the financial markets. Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and headhunting, to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Offer guidance and negotiation assistance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Stay informed about developments in the financial markets and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our recruitment services.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for experience in the financial markets or related sectors. Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Familiarity with the financial markets and specific roles within the industry, such as traders and analysts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates. Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline. Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
