Job Title: Brand Growth and Marketing Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Development and Marketing Professional to lead the creation development and execution of our brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand building marketing and communication across diverse channels.
1. Brand Strategy Development:
Formulate and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the companys vision values and business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify brand opportunities target audiences and competitive landscapes.
2. Brand Positioning and Messaging:
Define and articulate the brand positioning messaging and unique value propositions. collateral branding materials digital content and presentations.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
3. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.

4. Public Relations and Media Relations & ORM:
Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets influencers and industry stakeholders.
Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.
5. Brand Guidelines and Compliance:
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Monitor and enforce brand compliance internally and externally.
6. Collabration and Cross Functional Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams including sales product development and customer service to align brand strategies with overall business objectives
Communicate effectively with external partners agencies and vendors.
7. Social Media:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility engagement and community growth.
Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and TikTok.
Monitor social media channels for trends feedback and opportunities and respond promptly to comments messages and inquiries.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
8. Managing Marketing Agencies:
Identify onboard and manage external marketing agencies vendors and freelancers to support brand development and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with agencies to develop creative campaigns media plans and marketing assets that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Provide clear direction feedback and performance evaluations to ensure agency deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Negotiate contracts budgets and terms with marketing agencies to maximize ROI and value for the organization. Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
Proven experience (36 years) in brand development marketing or a related role.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
