We are looking for Meta ads expert with prior experience in D2C/Ecommerce Apparel brands 1.

Experience:

3-4 years of experience 2.

Salary:

As per industry standard – Fixed + Incentive based tied onto business profitability 3.

Location : Mumbai (Hybrid)

Role Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives. Meta and Google Ads Management:

Expertly manage and optimize campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms. This includes campaign structuring, audience targeting, budget allocation, Analyse and report on campaigns, A/B tests, leads, and revenue and ROI. Content Creation and Management:

Create/Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling digital content aligned with the marketing objectives. Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns' performance using various analytics tools Google Analytics, Zoho CRM & Microsoft Clarity. To provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Influencer Marketing : Building strong partnership with the influencers across the spectrum and various forms of content from UGC, unboxing to testimonials Conversion rate management:

Good understanding of Shopify analytics & Website tracking tools, Drive website UI/UX development for improving Website/CVR/CRO KPI’s. Retargeting & Remarketing Management:

Design compelling content for email/Whatsapp campaigns. Strategize the cadence of campaigns to maximize engagement. Utilize tools such as Mail chimp, Sendgrid, or similar bulk email tools or WATI for efficient execution. Monitor and analyze response rates, optimize follow-up sequences, and drive conversions. SEO Understanding : Apply basic SEO principles to enhance content visibility on search engines. Collaborations and Reporting : Liaise with agencies, internal teams, and sales for cohesive strategies. Market place management :: Laise with agencies to manage our market place business.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with expertise in Meta ads. • Should have managed minimum digital marketing spend of Rs 4 Lakh per month on Meta ads. Along with experience in scaling up Meta ads. • Advanced-level proficiency in tools like bulk email & Whatsapp marketing tools. • In-depth knowledge of best practices and strategies for generating ROAS on Meta. • Experience and understanding of how algorithms work in search • Experience with launching and optimizing conversion campaigns. • Highly analytical mindset with strong Microsoft Excel/Google sheet etc. skills for analyzing and reporting data. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a digital marketing role. • Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. • Hustler attitude with a strong motivation to generate new business and actively contribute to the company's economic growth. • Knowledge on content development - Canva YouTube etc . • Creative problem-solving abilities. • High energy person who can help in reporting as well.
