Job Summary

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Power Skills and Professional Development Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs aimed at developing essential power skills and fostering professional growth within our organization. The trainer will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs focusing on:
  • First-Time Consultants/Managers Development Program
  • Business Etiquette Training
  • Soft Skills & Corporate Training
  • Communication & Public Speaking
  • Time & Stress Management
  • Leadership Skills Training
  • Customized Career Development Program and Guidance
  • Corporate Governance
  • Strength-based Training
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals and groups, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and methodologies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to power skills and professional development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their ongoing development and growth.
  • Maintain training records and documentation to track participant progress and program outcomes.
  • Create the framework for the assessment of candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates for certification.
  • Assess needed personality traits and skills to make the organization work better.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7-9 years of experience in designing and delivering professional development and power skills training programs.
  • Proven expertise in areas such as leadership development, communication skills, career planning, and personal effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop training processes and procedures for employees who want to improve their soft skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a corporate training environment or consulting firm is highly desirable.
  • Certification in training and development from a reputable institution is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
