FamPay is building India's first neo-bank exclusively teens. FamPay helps teens make their own online and offline payments through UPI, FamPay App and FamCard. Our aim is to make banking cool for teens and to help them learn the value of money, savings and spending wisely. We are on a mission to raise a new, financially aware generation, and drive 250 Million+ Indian teenagers to kickstart their financial journey super early in their life.

Business Program Manager at FamPay will require you to closely work with all stakeholders and be responsible for the efficiency of business.

On the job

• Assist the team in handling various projects as per business requirements
• Implement all policies necessary for the functioning of a regulated entity
• Work with the project lead through the process of deployment, execution, and follow-through. The project will involve identifying timelines, scope, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Closely work with the product, finance, legal teams to ensure smooth implementation of all policies and projects.
• Leading the auditory work of the regulated entity with external auditors
• Develop and maintain relationships with external resources including third-party vendors

Requirements

• 2-5 years of working experience in a relevant role
• Experience interning or working in a bank, NBFC, or an entity regulated by the Reserve Bank of India
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Strong first principles approach
• Successful collaboration and reporting with all stakeholders including management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of policies necessary for the functioning of a regulated entity
