Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Monitor and ensure the production within the cost estimate
Plan organize direct and run optimum daytoday operations.
Allocate the manpower Schedules and inventory needed for production.
2.Ensure process quality
Follow schedules and standards.
Provide direction and leadership to the departmental team to achieve high quality and productivity.
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
3.Coordinate on training and development
Maintain efficient work force.
Facilitate employee hiring training development and performance evaluations.
Ensures training and education on specific tasks safety issues and company related functions
Address employees issues or grievances
4.Inventory and budget control
Determine the materials budget involved
Maintain adequate supply of departmental shop supplies and materials
Develop cost cutting mechanisms by replacement/substitution of existing process and materials in compositions
Submits department budgets and assists in the capital equipment implementation process
Assure proper maintenance of equipment tools and housekeeping.
