NeXjob.in, a leading IT Services and IT Consulting company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Operations Manager. This role requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations. The selected candidate will be based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations
- Strong knowledge of ESIC, PF, and other statutory compliance
- Experience in payroll processing and salary administration
- Excellent understanding of HR systems and processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end HR operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews
- Administer and maintain HR systems for employee records, payroll, benefits, and attendance management
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth HR operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Monitor and track employee attendance, leave, and overtime, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as ESIC, PF, and other applicable labor laws
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions, maintaining confidentiality and fairness
- Implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR operations, recommending improvements as necessary
