Job description
Kubera Communications is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Servicing professional. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between our agency and our clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. You will work closely with our Account Managers and other internal teams to develop and execute effective strategies that drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute client strategies that align with their goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback
- Monitor and track key performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and performance analyses to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management
Requirements - Proven experience in client servicing or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the advertising and marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
