Job description
Role and Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of NFC software applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues.- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software releases.- Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Technical Skills :- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in projects utilizing Near Field Communication (NFC) technologies- Strong programming skills in C- In-depth knowledge of NFC standards such as ISO/IEC 14443 and ISO/IEC 18000-3- Experience in implemeting NFC tags and readers- General knowledge in wireless networking, including understanding of RF principles.- Ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Desired Skills : - Prior experience in IoT or embedded systems development is a plus.- Knowledge of C++/Python development- Experience with RTOS development (ref:hirist.tech)
