Role : IT Recruit erJob Type: Onsi teExp: 3 - 4 Y rsLocation: Hitech City, Madhapur - Hyderab ad Job Descript ion Source and recruit qualified IT candidates for client requirem entsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent through various sourcing chann els.Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment proc ess.Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand staffing needs and provide timely soluti ons.Negotiate and finalize offers with candidates, including compensation packages and start da tes.Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technolog ies. Qualificat ions: 3-4 years of experience as an IT Rec ruiterStrong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and market t rends.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation s kills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven enviro nment.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment t ools.
