About The Job
Role Definition
- Hiring and managing a team of around 30 employees
- Actively recruit for the different departments as per openings and build the strong team
- Managing & optimizing employee motivation and performance
- Forming and maintaining external business relationships (networking)
Requirements - Experience: At least 1 year (preferably in Tech Industry)
- Have knowledge and hands-on experience in human psychology (Management and Motivation)
- Additional skills: Proficiency in English and effective communication
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (or willing to move)
