Job description
Key Responsibilities
General Facilities Management
- Handling facility management services like Employees/Office Support, Soft Services, Housekeeping & Pest Control, Real Estate , Employee Accommodation, Canteen, Transport, Horticulture & Hospitality etc. in a Multi-location set-up.
- Ensure the delivery of Facilities Management services to defined standard.
- Audit of Services as per defined standards and SLA,
- Visit to sites to monitor services and handle escalations,
- Leasing of premises as per requirement,
- Monitoring and timely clearance of all Vendor/Contractor(s) bill payments.
- Monitoring and timely updating of Contracts and agreements.
- Organizing & Conduct of Mega events like functions, festivals, seminars & training.
- Ensuring all the requirements (as per agreement/SLA's) of clients/occupants/owners, are fulfilled.
- Manage and supervise F & B team for the work schedules as per SOPs.
- Monitoring the Duty Roasters and shifts handlings of Support Staff
- Manage Client visits and internal events up to or above client satisfaction.
- Ensuring grooming, punctuality, discipline and safety all soft services staff.
Operational and Financial Responsibilities
- Work across the business to support all aspects of operational service delivery.
- Manage the annual Facilities budget.
People Responsibilities
- You will be required to motivate and lead a team and build relationships with external suppliers (including catering, cleaning, M&E, storage, utilities, real estate, car fleet etc.) making sure contracts are well managed and issues are escalated and resolved as appropriate.
