Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Pune. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the Sales team. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions with clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Ability to learn about the company's products and services and describe/explain them to clients
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone operating systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing or related field is a plus
