As one of the first cosmetics brands in the world, we use our own formulas and recipes to manufacture our own products. We think of them. We create them. Formulate them and love them into existence. Job Overview As a Packaging Artwork Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating effective packaging designs for our products. Working with the Creative team, you will contribute to the overall visual identity of our brand through impactful packaging artwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling packaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packaging Design: - Develop visually appealing packaging designs that align with the brand's identity and effectively communicate product features. - Ensure packaging artwork meets regulatory requirements, product specifications, and industry standards.

2. Artwork Production: -

Prepare and finalize print-ready artwork files for packaging materials, considering color accuracy, layout, and print specifications. - Collaborate with suppliers and printers to ensure the quality and integrity of the final printed packaging.

3. Brand Consistency: - Maintain consistency in packaging artwork across product lines, ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines. - Collaborate with the design team to integrate brand elements seamlessly into packaging designs.

4. Quality Control: - Conduct thorough reviews of packaging proofs and prototypes to identify and address any issues or discrepancies. - Ensure that the final packaging accurately represents the approved design and meets quality standards.

5. Adaptability and Flexibility: - Embrace flexibility in adapting layouts and designs based on templates, feedbacks, evolving project requirements, and emerging trends.

Qualifications - Proven experience as a Packaging Artwork Designer or a similar role. - Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design projects and print production skills.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe InDesign - Corel Draw (Optional) - Adobe Dimension (Optional) - ArtiosCAD

- Knowledge of print processes, materials, and packaging regulations. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Education - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field is preferred. Professionalism & Collaboration - Exhibit elevated levels of professionalism, discipline, and respectful communication towards the management and fellow team members, fostering a collaborative & harmonious working relationship within the broader team. - Adhere to company policies and guidelines, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. - Effectively communicate and collaborate with the reporting manager to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on work progress.
