EMC VMAX/PowerMax Storage Administrator (Primary)
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, and management of EMC VMAX/PowerMax storage arrays.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, restores, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues.
- Work with other IT staff to provision storage for new applications and servers.
- Design and implement EMC VMAX/PowerMax storage solutions for customers.
- Work with customers to understand their storage needs and requirements.
- Develop storage solutions that meet the customer's needs and budget.
- Present storage solutions to customers and answer their questions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest EMC VMAX/PowerMax technologies and best practices.

- NetApp cDOT Administrator(Secondary)
- Install, configure, and manage NetApp cDOT storage clusters.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks like backups, restores, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cDOT-related issues.
- Provision storage for new applications and servers.
- Stay updated on cDOT best practices and emerging technologies.

- IBM Storage Systems Administrator(Secondary)
- Install, configure, and manage IBM storage systems (FlashSystem, XIV, Spectrum Scale, DS Series etc.).
- Perform routine maintenance tasks like backups, restores, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues to ensure optimal system operation.
- Work with other IT teams to provision storage for applications and servers.
- Stay informed about new IBM storage features and best practices.
Primary Skills
- Cisco MDS(Primary)

Secondary Skills
- Cohesity Backup Administrator (Mandatory & Primary)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration: Deploy and configure Cohesity backup solutions to meet the organization's data protection requirements. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Cohesity into the existing infrastructure.
- Backup Policy Management: Develop, implement, and enforce backup policies to ensure data consistency, retention, and compliance. Monitor backup jobs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to meet Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
- System Monitoring and Maintenance: Proactively monitor the health and performance of Cohesity backup systems. Conduct regular system checks, apply patches and updates, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.
- Incident Response and Troubleshooting: Respond to backup failures, errors, or data restore requests promptly. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize data loss and downtime.
- Capacity Planning: Analyze data growth trends and plan for storage capacity expansion as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the scalability of the Cohesity backup infrastructure to meet future business needs.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices to safeguard backup data. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to data protection and privacy.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the Cohesity backup environment, including configurations, procedures, and policies. Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements.
- Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with IT teams and end-users to understand their backup requirements. Provide training and support to end-users on data recovery procedures and self-service options.
