Excellent opportunity for Support Engineer(Microsoft Teams)

Exp-4-10yrs
Location-Bangalore/Hyderabad/Noida
NP-only 30Days
Shift timing-6.30pm onwards

Good knowledge on MS Teams
Basics on Networking DNS, QoS, knowledge on SIP will be a plus
Knowledge on M365 Authentication, Access & Refresh Tokens, Identity Models
Understanding of Microsoft Teams Admin center & M365 Admin Center
Microsoft Teams, Hybrid environments set up With Lync Server 2013, Skype for Business Server 2015-2019. Knowledge on Hybrid (UC, Skype, Teams) will be a plus.
Ability to analyse and interpret data captures and trace logs to resolve customer issues.
