ROLE:Â US IT Recruiter.
Location: Ambattur, Chennai
Role Description: We currently have a vacancy for the role of IT Recruiter. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent candidates for our clients in the US. You will be a critical part of our team, to identify and source qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- MBA HR or Masters, Relevant Degree.
- Consider only 2 or 5 Years of experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in US recruitment or human resources is a plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the US Excellent organization and time management skills.
- On-site and US Shift only (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM) and Monday to Friday ,WFO only.
- No cab facilities.
