Qualification:

Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities
Identify sales leads and close the sale.
Handling inbound calls and outbound calls, follow up.
Lead Generate by own as well as provided by company.
Profiling of customers as well as channel partners
Pitching the project / product/price
Convincing the customers as well as channel partners to visit the project.
Convincing the Customers to visit the project with family and cheque book for spot booking
Convincing the Channel Partners to bring more customer as well as other Channel Partners
If required, meet the Customers/ Channel Partners personally and provide the information
Maintain n send DSR on daily basis through Whatsapp Email
Weekly/Monthly - Target vs Achievement Review of Individual as well as Team
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts

Fixing Appointments, Closing Skills, Convincing Approach, Motivation for Sales
Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs
Real-Estates Project Sales experience is preferable (Plotted, Apartment, Villas hands on experience)
